Threaded messages group a conversation and its replies together in the message list. This guide shows how to turn threading on or off in Mailbox Options.

Step 1 — Open Settings

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings.

Step 2 — Open Mailbox Options

Select Mailbox Options (blue) from the Mail section of the settings sidebar.

Step 3 — Toggle threaded messages

Click Enable threaded messages (blue) to turn threading on or off. When on, replies are grouped with their original message instead of listed separately.

Step 4 — Save your changes

Click Save Updates (green) to apply the setting.
