Add your Webmail account to Microsoft Outlook on your computer so you can manage your mail from the desktop app. This guide uses IMAP, which keeps your mail in sync across all your devices.

Before you begin: The server names and ports below are an example — always use the values shown on your own POP/IMAP page. We recommend IMAP over POP so your mail stays in sync.

Step 1 — Find your server settings

In Webmail, go to Settings > POP/IMAP. Note the server details (blue): your Incoming and outgoing server (IMAP), Outgoing SMTP Server, and the secure ports (IMAP 993, SMTP 465). Your password is the same one you use to sign in to Webmail.

Step 2 — Start adding an account

In Outlook, go to File > Add Account. Enter your full Webmail email address, click Advanced options, tick Let me set up my account manually, then click Connect and choose IMAP.

Step 3 — Enter the server settings

Set both Incoming and Outgoing servers to the host name from Step 1. Use port 993 with SSL/TLS for incoming and port 465 with SSL/TLS for outgoing.

Step 4 — Sign in

Enter your Webmail password and click Connect. Outlook verifies the settings and adds your account.

Tip: If Outlook can't connect, recheck the host name and confirm the encryption method is SSL/TLS for both servers.
