Remote images in an email can be used to track when you open it, so Webmail hides them by default. The Image Rules panel lets you decide which senders are trusted to show images automatically. This guide explains the trust options.
Step 1 — Open Settings
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings.

Step 2 — Open Image Rules
Select Image Rules from the Mail section of the settings sidebar.

Step 3 — Choose how images are trusted
Tick the options that match how much you trust incoming images (blue):
- Trust sources in contacts — show images from anyone in your address book.
- Trust anything I send — show images in messages from your own identities.
- Trust defined sources below — show images only from senders you list as rules (see *How to set image display rules per sender*).
Note: Changes on this panel are saved automatically — there is no separate save button.
