Add your Webmail account to the Mail app on your Mac so you can read and send mail from macOS. This guide uses IMAP, which keeps your mail in sync across all your devices.

Before you begin: The server names and ports below are an example — always use the values shown on your own POP/IMAP page. We recommend IMAP over POP so your mail stays in sync.

Step 1 — Find your server settings

In Webmail, go to Settings > POP/IMAP. Note the server details (blue): your Incoming and outgoing server (IMAP), Outgoing SMTP Server, and the secure ports (IMAP 993, SMTP 465). Your password is the same one you use to sign in to Webmail.

Step 2 — Add an account in Mail

Open Mail, then go to Mail > Settings > Accounts. Click the + button and choose Other Mail Account.

Step 3 — Enter your details

Enter your name, your full Webmail email address, and your password, then click Sign In. When Mail can't verify automatically, it shows fields for the server settings.

Step 4 — Enter the server settings

Set both the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server to the host name from Step 1, with your email address as the username. Click Sign In to finish.

Tip: If sign-in fails, confirm the host name and that the secure ports (993 incoming, 465 outgoing) are used with SSL.
