Click Databases and then click Add Database.

In the Add New Database dialog, enter a name for the database and click Step 2.

In the Add User to New Database dialog, you can choose to add an existing DB uset to the newly created database thorugh the drop down, or can create a new user by entering a password meeting the displayed requirments

Click Add.
