Adding product(s) to categories

Click on the Categories section under Catalog.
Select Add Root Category.
Fill out the information under General.
Next, add sub-categories. (i.e. Category – Camping Supplies /Sub-category – Tents).
Once you had added a category, you can click Category Products to assign a Category to each product.
Click on a product, you will be directed to the product’s editing page. Scroll down to the “Categories” section.
Select Change Categories and choose the appropriate category for the product.
When you’re finished, select OK.
